Clinical Studio

Clinical Studio — reason through a live case

Clinical Studio is case practice with a cost meter. You interview a simulated patient who has only their story — never the diagnosis — order investigations that would change your mind, and commit to a diagnosis before the reveal. History, efficiency, accuracy and safety are scored separately. It is an educational simulation, not clinical advice.

How to use it

  • Pick a case and a difficulty — the difficulty sets your time and investigation budget.
  • Interview the simulated patient in plain language; order investigations that would change your mind.
  • Commit to a diagnosis and a management plan BEFORE the reveal — commitment is where the learning happens.
  • Read the examiner's rubric: history, efficiency, accuracy and safety are scored separately.

Limitations — read this

  • The patient is fictional and the encounter is a simulation — it is practice for reasoning, not a clinical reference.
  • AI grading can be imperfect; the deterministic rubric is the floor, and everything carries the educational-prototype notice.
  • Guest mode has a small daily allowance of patient turns; signing in raises it.

Your data

  • AI requests use store:false, but OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring logs containing request and response content for up to 30 days by default, with longer retention possible for legal or safety reasons. Meyshan saves signed-in case results, including the diagnosis you enter, score and feedback; simulation state may also be saved on your device and in private account sync.
