You interview a simulated patient who has only their story — never the diagnosis — order investigations that would change your mind, and commit to a diagnosis before the reveal. - Interview the simulated patient in plain language; order investigations that would change your mind.
- Commit to a diagnosis and a management plan BEFORE the reveal — commitment is where the learning happens.
- Read the examiner's rubric: history, efficiency, accuracy and safety are scored separately.
Limitations — read this
- The patient is fictional and the encounter is a simulation — it is practice for reasoning, not a clinical reference.
- AI grading can be imperfect; the deterministic rubric is the floor, and everything carries the educational-prototype notice.
- Guest mode has a small daily allowance of patient turns; signing in raises it.
Your data
- AI requests use store:false, but OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring logs containing request and response content for up to 30 days by default, with longer retention possible for legal or safety reasons. Meyshan saves signed-in case results, including the diagnosis you enter, score and feedback; simulation state may also be saved on your device and in private account sync. Conversation text is excluded from analytics.
