Meyshan Med is an educational study environment—not a clinical decision system. Every item carries a visible source and review state so students can distinguish verified teaching from material awaiting review.
Draft
AI may help structure an original explanation or question. Until reviewed, it is explicitly labelled “AI-generated, unverified.”
Medical review
A medical student checks factual accuracy, exam relevance, ambiguity and source alignment. High-risk treatment content requires qualified academic or clinician review before verification.
Publish and correct
Approved content records its source and review status. Corrections are versioned, surfaced in the changelog and re-enter review when guidance changes.
Translation safety
Clinical content remains in reviewed English unless a Hindi version reaches medically reviewed status. Draft machine translation can never silently replace the English source.
Student responsibility
Use Meyshan Med to learn and practise. Verify consequential registration or patient-care decisions against current official sources and local supervision.
Editorial authorship and corrections
Founder posts remain separate from guides by the Meyshan Med editorial desk. Editorial guides may be AI-assisted and contain proposed study exercises. They do not invent the founder's experiences, exam results, student testimonials or medical reviewer approval.
To report an error, use our contact page. Include the page URL, the precise statement and a source that helps us check it. Do not send patient information. Substantive corrections preserve the original publication date, add a modified date and explain the change. A refreshed date alone does not mean the material was re-reviewed.
Hindi clinical expansion requires named medical review of the translated content. Usage claims and testimonials require real evidence and permission before publication.

Who writes the learning guides?
Meyshan's founder diary uses his own byline. The Meyshan Med editorial desk publishes AI-assisted study workflows with source links and an explicit editorial byline. These guides are not personal testimonials or medical certification.
Does a source link mean a lesson is medically reviewed?
No. Source links show where a claim can be checked. Medical review is a separate status; AI-drafted or pending material must not be treated as verified clinical teaching.
How can I report a correction?
Send the page URL, the exact statement and a supporting source to the contact page. Do not include patient information. Substantive corrections retain the publication date, add a modified date and explain what changed.
